Hoops and Headspace: Teen 3v3 Basketball Clinic 5

Join us for Hoops & Headspace, a free 3v3 basketball clinic for teens ages 13–18 hosted by former NBA player Mike Taylor. This high-energy experience combines basketball training and competition with conversations and activities focused on confidence, connection and mental wellness.
Teens will have the opportunity to sharpen their game, compete alongside their peers and explore how mindset, communication and emotional wellness can make them stronger both on and off the court.
Breakdance & DJ Camp 4

Designed for teens ages 12–18, this interactive camp gives participants the opportunity to explore two foundational elements of hip-hop culture: breakdancing and DJing. Teens will learn beginner-friendly techniques, build confidence through creative expression and connect with other young people in an energetic, supportive environment.
Led by TRUE Skool, Milwaukee’s center for transformative creative arts and hip-hop culture, the experience is designed to help young people explore their creativity while developing new skills through music and movement.
Foundations of Expression 3

Participants will have space to explore different ways to express themselves through sound, rhythm, voice and creative activities in a welcoming group environment. Whether you already love music or are simply looking for a new creative outlet, this series is designed to encourage you to try something new, connect with others and build confidence in your own voice.

Teen Intro to Cooking: Fireballs & Fries Edition

Join Trap Therapy and the Safe Summer Site Collective for Music & Mindfulness, an interactive group session series created specifically for teens. Hosted by Tarsha Wiggins, Founder of Speak Wellness, these sessions will use music, conversation and mindfulness activities to help young people slow down, reflect, express themselves and connect with others.
